This started it all.  The original recipe from Grandpa Mike & Uncle Johnny updated after 100 years.  100% Missouri corn.  Sweet, mellow, and smooth.

This is not your average London dry gin!  Using our 100% Missouri corn vodka base, we blend a very unique selection of botanicals.  Sugar snap peas, cucumber, mint, cilantro and a rare Japanese mountain pepper give this gin a green, refreshing taste with a subtle hit of heat.  This is a perfect gin for all your favorite gin cocktails!

COLD CHISEL

VODKA

50% ABV

Made from 100% Missouri corn blended with our farm's artisan well water.  7 times distilled.  At 50% ABV, it's strong, but smooth and easy drinking.

HAMMERED RYE

RYE BOURBON WHISKEY

50% ABV

This is a 60-30-10 corn-rye-barley mashbill bourbon that has an amazing nose of caramel, vanilla and burnt sugar.  The depth of flavor with the increase in rye is profound.  A rich, warm bourbon with layers of flavor and complexity.  Not too much heat, not too much rye, just right for sipping.

This is our Black Anvil Bourbon Whiskey that we then finish in Toasted Oak!  A rich, warm bourbon with layers of flavor and complexity.
